What does the process look like?

Contract: We walk through our initial proposal with estimated costs, timeline, and an overview of the recommended floor plan, if applicable. This is usually a starting point, and we work together to fine-tune.

Design & Planning: For any layout and structural changes, we have plans drafted and begin discussing more detailed material selections.

Permitting: We secure all required permits and, if needed, we can assist with any items required for HOA approval.

Construction: Once we've received approval, we are ready to get started. Many variables affect the timeline, but a full home remodel averages around 4-8 months.

Final Walkthrough: We complete a thorough inspection with you and address any final touches, but our support doesn't stop there. From the day of completion, we provide a one-year warranty on all of our work.

Can we break the remodel into phases?

Yes! For larger remodels, it’s common to break the project into phases, focusing on different areas in an order that fits your needs. We’ll work with you to create a plan that keeps the project efficient, both in terms of timeline and budget, while minimizing disruption to your home.
